I am here to work alongside you, motivating you to make the best possible use of your available time, making sure that you make the most of yourself.
For those who hesitate to participate in group exercises in the gym, I also offer private training in your home. Overcoming shyness, feeling uncomfortable working out with people who are fitter than you need not be an issue. I will devise a training program for you that will soon boost your confidence and get you into good shape. I work on improving both mental and physical fitness as the two are entwined.

My successful boxing background, both in the ring and as a high level trainer gives me 25 years of experience. I have studied fitness, the body, healthy eating and diets for most of my life. I have followed strict exercise and dietary regimes over my entire career, both in and out of the ring. I know how to control shape, size and weight. I can offer you a professional service based on my wide experience of training and nutrition. I use a variety of training methods including kettleballs, sports specific training and boxing techniques for both self defence and fitness. Training sessions are geared to each individual, focussing on your specific goals. Above all, to ensure your continued participation and ultimate success, sessions are designed to make fitness "fun".

I treat each client as an individual, establishing specific goals and working to an agreed plan. Typically, this would involve an initial consultation to determine diet, nutrition and exercise requirements. This process would result in a personalised eating and training plan. Together, we would set out personal targets, based on your individual needs and budget. I can work alongside you every time you work out, or, if you prefer, I can provide you with a programme to follow alone. Either way, regular review of progress and monitoring of improvement is a key part of the process.
